1. What we collect
We collect only what the service needs to work: your 3D files and what is derived from them automatically (volume, surface area, dimensions), contact details (name, email, phone, and address if you choose delivery), and technical data (IP address and request time) for security and rate limiting only. We use no third-party tracking tools and no advertising networks. The only cookie on the site is the session cookie needed for the cart and sign-in.
2. Your files stay yours
Your file is stored in a folder outside the web root that cannot be reached by any URL, and is saved under a random name unrelated to its original. It is never shared with a third party, never sold, never used to train any system, and never reused to print copies for anyone else. It is deleted automatically 90 days after delivery, and you can request deletion earlier at any time.
3. Payment
Payment is currently made on collection, so we never request, collect or store card details. If we add online payment later, the transaction will happen entirely on the payment gateway page and we will only receive a success confirmation and a reference number.
4. Data shared with others
We share only the necessary minimum: the payment gateway (your name, email and order amount), the courier when you choose delivery (your name, address and phone), and the hosting company by virtue of storing data on its servers. We do not share your 3D files with any of them.
5. Retention periods
3D files: 90 days after delivery. Order records and invoices: five years, in line with UAE tax requirements. Server security logs: 60 days. Contact messages: two years.
6. Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored as one-way hashes that cannot be reversed, files sit outside the web root, and administrative access is protected and logged. Even so, no system can promise absolute security.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction, or deletion of your account and files. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use exactly one cookie: the session cookie, which is required for the cart, sign-in and form protection, and it expires when you close the browser. The site carries no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, which is why you see no cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to. If we ever add such a tool, we will ask first and update this page.
9. Where data is stored
The site data and files are hosted on servers located in the United Arab Emirates.
10. Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
